TwinFlame Code of Conduct
This Code of Conduct (“Code”) outlines the standards of behaviour expected from all users, participants, and attendees (“Participants”) engaging with TwinFlame powered by Talentro Global. (“TwinFlame,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our”) through its platform, events, meetups, and community activities (“Services”). By registering on the platform or attending any TwinFlame event, you acknowledge, accept, and agree to abide by this Code.
1. Purpose
TwinFlame is committed to creating a
safe, respectful, inclusive, and engaging environment where individuals can
connect through curated in-person experiences. This Code ensures the
protection, well-being, and comfort of all Participants while maintaining the
integrity and spirit of the community.
2. Applicability
This Code applies to:
• All Participants attending TwinFlame
events
• Users of the TwinFlame website /
application
• Hosts, staff, volunteers, and
facilitators
• Any interactions, online or offline,
under the TwinFlame brand
3. Expected Behavior
All Participants must adhere to the
following standards:
3.1 Respect &
Dignity
• Treat all individuals with courtesy,
kindness, and consideration.
• Be inclusive of different backgrounds,
identities, orientations, and perspectives.
• Use respectful language in all
interactions.
3.2 Personal
Boundaries & Consent
• Obtain explicit consent before
physical contact, if required during activities / games.
• Respect personal space and comfort
levels at all times.
• No pressure, coercion, or persistent
unwanted approaches.
3.3 Authentic
Participation
• Engage with sincerity; no marketing,
solicitation, or promotional activity.
• Participate in activities respectfully
and responsibly.
• Maintain honesty during onboarding and
verification.
3.4 Safety &
Well-being
• Comply with all host instructions and
event rules.
• Report any discomfort, safety
concerns, or misconduct to the host immediately.
• Avoid actions that may endanger
yourself or others.
3.5 Presence &
Conduct
• No phone use during the event.
• Attend events sober; arriving under
the influence of alcohol or drugs is prohibited (unless an event explicitly
states otherwise).
• Maintain a cooperative and positive
attitude.
4. Prohibited Conduct
The following behaviours are strictly
forbidden and may result in immediate removal:
4.1 Harassment &
Misconduct
• Verbal, physical, or sexual harassment
• Bullying, intimidation, or threatening
behaviour
• Unwanted advances or persistent
bothering
• Invasive questions or inappropriate
comments
• Or any action, language, behaviour
etc. similar to these
4.2 Discrimination
• Any form of prejudice based on gender,
identity, ethnicity, caste, religion, orientation, disability, or appearance
4.3 Unsafe or
Disruptive Behaviour
• Violence, aggressive actions, or
property damage
• Excessive intoxication
• Disrupting event flow or interfering
with others’ participation
4.4 Unauthorized
Photography or Recording
• Capturing photos/videos are not
permitted
• Sharing or posting content involving
others without permission
4.5 Misuse of
Platform
• Promotion of products, services, or
business interests
• False identities or fraudulent
registrations
• Attempting to bypass verification
procedures
5. Reporting & Support
Participants who experience or witness
misconduct must immediately notify:
• The event host
• On-ground coordinators
• TwinFlame support via official
communication channels
All reports will be treated
confidentially and handled promptly.
6. Consequences of Violations
Depending on the severity of the
violation, TwinFlame may take one or more of the following actions:
• Verbal warning
• Immediate removal from the event
• Permanent ban from future events
• Account suspension or termination
• Notification to venue security or
authorities (if required)
TwinFlame reserves the right to take
appropriate action at its sole discretion.
7. Liability
• Participants are responsible for their
own behaviour and belongings.
• TwinFlame is not liable for personal
loss, damage, or injuries occurred during the events.
• Participants are expected to comply
with venue rules and local laws.
8. Data & Privacy
• Personal information is collected
solely for verification, communication, and safety.
• No data will be sold or shared with
third parties without consent, except where legally required.
• Participants must not exchange or
misuse others’ personal information.
9. Acceptance of Terms
By attending a TwinFlame event or using
the platform, you acknowledge that:
• You have read, understood, and agreed
to this Code of Conduct.
• You consent to TwinFlame enforcing
this Code at its discretion.
• Violations may lead to removal or
permanent restriction.
10. Amendments
TwinFlame reserves the right to modify,
update, or revise this Code at any time. Changes will be communicated through
official platforms and will take effect immediately.
