1. Eligibility
1.1 Users must be 18 years or older to join TwinFlame or attend events.1.2 By registering, you confirm that all information provided is true, accurate, and complete.
1.3 Fake profiles, impersonation, or misinformation may lead to account termination.
2. Account Registration
2.1 You must create an account to access most features.2.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
2.3 Any activity under your account is your responsibility.
2.4 Once you register with us, your profile will be reviewed. If your profile is shortlisted, you will receive a payment link for the one-time registration fee. Upon successful payment, you will be issued a unique Membership ID, which must be used for all future communication and event bookings.
2.5 We reserve the right to approve, deny, or restrict accounts at our discretion.
3. Event Booking & Payments
3.1 Only registered members with a valid Membership ID are allowed to book any event.3.2 Your profile must be 100% completed before booking an event. Incomplete profiles will not be permitted to proceed with the booking process.
3.3 All event bookings must be made through our official website.
3.4 Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways.
3.4 Prices may vary based on event type, location, and inclusions.
3.6 Taxes, convenience fees, or processing charges may apply.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
4.1 User-Initiated Cancellation:TwinFlame follows a strict no-refund policy. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances if the participant cancels, fails to attend, or is denied entry due to violation of guidelines.
4.2 Event Cancellation by TwinFlame:
If an event is cancelled, postponed, or significantly altered due to unforeseen circumstances (operational, safety-related, weather, etc.), a full refund will be issued to the user.
4.3 Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
5. Code of Conduct & Participant Responsibilities
5.1 All participants must behave respectfully and follow the TwinFlame Code of Conduct, Community Guidelines, and event-specific instructions.5.2 Harassment, inappropriate behavior, offensive comments, or unsafe actions will result in immediate removal from the event with no refund.
5.3 Users must arrive on time and follow event flow, safety instructions, and staff directions.
5.4 Alcohol or substances are restricted at the event. TwinFlame reserves the right to deny entry if a participant appears intoxicated.
6. Safety & Liability
6.1 TwinFlame curates safe environments, but users participate at their own risk.6.2 The Company is not responsible for:
• Personal belongings lost, stolen, or damaged
• Injuries caused by negligent, reckless, or inappropriate actions by participants
• Misconduct by third-party venue partners or other attendees
6.3 By attending events, you acknowledge and accept all inherent risks.
7. Content & Intellectual Property
7.1 All content on the platform; including text, logos, images, trademarks, events, formats, and designs belongs to TwinFlame.7.2 Users may not copy, replicate, or distribute our content without written permission.
7.3 By participating in events, you grant us permission to use event footage, photos, videos etc. for marketing purpose.
8. Privacy & Data Use
8.1 Our Privacy Policy governs the collection, use, and storage of your data.8.2 By using the platform, you consent to our data practices as stated in the Privacy Policy.
9. Third-Party Links & Services
9.1 TwinFlame may partner with third-party venues, event hosts, and service providers.9.2 We are not responsible for the policies, conduct, or offerings of third-party partners.
9.3 Users should review third-party terms when necessary.
10. Modification of Services
10.1 TwinFlame may update, modify, or discontinue any feature, event, or part of the Services at any time.10.2 We may revise these Terms & Conditions periodically. Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of updated terms.
11. Suspension or Termination
11.1 We may suspend or terminate accounts for:• Misconduct or violation of guidelines
• Fraudulent or misleading activity
• Security risks
• Legal obligations
11.2 No refunds are provided for termination due to user misconduct.
