Our events require advance planning; venue booking, materials, facilitators, and experience design. A non-refundable structure ensures fairness and helps us maintain event quality for everyone attending.
Since bookings are non-refundable, they are also non-transferable to other events or dates.

Refunds are typically processed within 7 to 10 working days
If you miss the event due to lateness, personal reasons, emergencies, or unexpected situations, the booking remains non-refundable.
