FAQ
Event-Day Etiquette
Yes, please! Events begin exactly on time to maintain flow and group dynamics. Late entries disrupt activities and may not be allowed once the session starts.
Just yourself; and an open mind. If an event requires any materials, we will mention it clearly in the description or share a reminder beforehand.
Wear something comfortable, clean, and event-appropriate. Some theme-based events may recommend specific colors or styles; we’ll let you know in advance.
To help everyone stay fully present and enjoy genuine in-person interaction, we encourage a no-phone policy during the event. All photos and videos are handled only by authorised TwinFlame team members, so you can relax and focus on the experience without any distractions.
Participants are not allowed to take photos or videos during the event. Only the organiser or authorised TwinFlame representatives may capture media and that too in designated zones meant for content and promotions.
Your privacy is our priority. And all media is used strictly for TwinFlame’s promotional purposes only.
For safety, verification, and a curated community experience, every participant must register individually. Only registered and verified attendees are permitted. If someone arrives with an unregistered guest or “plus one,” neither the guest nor the registered participant will be allowed to enter the event. This ensures fairness, security, and a consistent experience for everyone.
You are encouraged but not forced to interact. Activities are designed to make it natural and comfortable to engage at your own pace.
TwinFlame events are connection-first, not networking or marketing platforms. Promotional behavior is not allowed as it disrupts the experience.
You can only if it’s an emergency, but we recommend staying for the full experience. Leaving early impacts group flow and you may miss important parts of the activity.
