FAQ
Safety & Verification
Safety is the foundation of TwinFlame. We implement:
- Verified onboarding
- Controlled group sizes
- Curated venues
- On-ground hosts at every event
- A strict Code of Conduct
- Real-time support during events
We use a basic identity verification process to ensure that attendees are genuine, respectful, and aligned with the community guidelines.
Absolutely. Every venue is pre-vetted for accessibility, safety, staff support, and event suitability. We do not host events in unsafe or unregulated spaces.
Each event is managed by a trained TwinFlame Host who ensures:
• Respectful interactions
- Activity flow
- Participant comfort
- Adherence to guidelines
- Safety escalation if required
Immediately inform the event host. We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for harassment, misconduct, or disrespectful behavior. We take immediate action and may blacklist participants for violations
Participants are not allowed to take photos or videos during the event. Only the organiser or authorised TwinFlame representatives may capture media and that too in designated zones meant for content and promotions.
Your privacy is our priority. And all media is used strictly for TwinFlame’s promotional purposes only.
Our verification checks, curated environments, and trained hosts ensure a secure and comfortable setting for solo attendees; especially women participants. Most attendees come alone, and feel completely at ease.
Participants must be 25+. Most attendees fall between 25 to 45, although people of all adult age groups are welcome as long as they follow the guidelines and the event vibe.
TwinFlame reserves the right to remove any participant engaging in misconduct, disrespect, harassment, or behavior that disrupts the experience or safety of others
Your data is stored securely and is never shared or sold. We only use it for verification, communication, and event access.
Our hosts will coordinate immediate assistance and escalate to venue staff or emergency services if required.
