1. One-Time Registration Fee

To join the TwinFlame community, users are required to pay a one-time platform registration fee at the time of creating their account. This fee:

• Helps us maintain a verified and safety-first community
• Ensures only serious and genuine participants join
• Supports background checks, identity verification, and platform security
• Enhances the quality of events and overall member experience

Once paid, this fee does not recur and is non-refundable under any circumstances.

2. What the Registration Fee Includes

Your one-time fee unlocks:

• Unique TwinFlame Membership ID
• Access to the TwinFlame platform and all event listings
• Verified member badge & secure onboarding
• Priority event notifications & early-bird access
• Entry to exclusive members-only meetups and experiences
• Community support & moderated spaces
• Safety screening and secure event environment
• Access to premium features as launched

The registration fee is not an event ticket. Each event has its own separate ticket price.

3. Non-Refundable Policy

The registration fee is strictly non-refundable, even if:

• You choose not to attend events
• You delete your account
• You fail to complete the onboarding process
• You are unable to use the platform for personal reasons

This policy ensures a committed, verified, and secure community.

4. Payment & Validity

• The fee is paid only once, at initial signup.
• Validity remains as long as your account remains active and compliant with TwinFlame’s Code of Conduct, Terms & Conditions, and Community Guidelines.
• Any suspension or termination due to policy violations does not qualify for a refund.

5. Event Fees Are Separate

Each event hosted by TwinFlame has individual pricing based on:

• Venue
• Theme
• Material costs
• Activities included
• Scale of the event

The platform registration fee does not cover event tickets.

6. Changes to Fee Structure

TwinFlame reserves the right to revise the platform registration fee in the future. Any changes will apply to new users only. Existing registered users will not be required to pay again.
